Dans cet épisode, nous discutons de la loyauté des femmes noires aux hommes noirs lorsqu'il est question de relations amoureuses, mais aussi dans le mouvement de libération noire et dans les cercles activistes. Nous avons décidé d'avoir une conversation que nous avons l'habitude d'avoir à huis clos, publiquement et pour ce faire nous avons invités trois femmes noires, Aida, Jessica et Lourdenie pour qu'elles puissent ajouter leurs brillantes perspectives à cette discussion et partager leur propre expérience. Les femmes noires sont souvent exclues de toutes les discussions au Québec, même lorsque nous sommes concernées. Dans notre propre communauté, lorsqu'on veut dénoncer le mal qui nous est infligé, on nous accuse de vouloir diviser. Dans cet épisode, vous pourrez écouter cinq femmes noires partager, sans gêne, sans crainte, sans interruption leurs réalités. En espérant que les femmes noires qui écouteront pourront s'identifier à au moins une de ses réalités et qu'elles puissent trouver le courage d'en parler à leur tour. In this episode, we discuss black women’s loyalty to black men when it comes to romantic relationships, but also in the black liberation movement and activist circles. We decided to have a conversation that we usually have behind closed doors, publicly and to do this we invited three black women, Aida, Jessica and Lourdenie so that they could add their insightful perspectives to this discussion, and share their own experience. Black women are often excluded from all discussions in Quebec, even when we are concerned. In our own community, when we want to denounce the hardships that we face, we are accused of wanting to divide. In this episode, you will be able to listen to five black women share, without embarrassment, without fear, without interruption, their realities. We hope that the black women who will listen can identify with at least one of these realities and that they can find the courage to speak about it in turn.
