WUWW new workout playlist?
I am an avid weight lifter. I typically need loud and explosive music to use as motivation. When I have no music to listen to, I play this podcast. I know, total 180° but because it calms me and I’m able to properly rest and listen and FEEL MY BODY.

Breath. Of. Fresh. Air. Weslie is honest and raw and real, but so bright at the same time. So far, an authentic host with a different experience to life and very open takes on things. Looking forward to waking up more and more each week.
