Namibia’s Minister of Justice, Yvonne Dausab demonstrates some of the factors that strengthen gender parity in Namibia. Professor Liezl van Dyk, the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at North West University, encourages women to seek career opportunities in engineering. Judge Soma Naidoo, who is a Permanent Judge of the Free State High Court talks about some of the obstacles she overcame and building a pipeline of female judges.
