“I am a voracious podcast listener. But upon discovering this podcast around a week ago, I’ve dropped every other listening material and binge listened to WaW. I consider myself a feminist and a Trekkie, but after listening to just the first couple episodes I realized how much my worldview and view of the worlds of Trek has been shaped by me being a cis heterosexual male. I love the Feminist discussion of my favorite sci fi franchise and it’s expanded my appreciation for both Trek’s progressive vision and it’s inevitably coming up short of that vision many an episode. I’m now a proud Patreon supporter of Women at Warp and want every Trekkie I know to listen to the fabulous women who make this show possible. I know this is a cliché, but I wouldn’t be a Trek fan without ending my review with: Live Long and Prosper Women at Warp!”
