Description
Millie spoke with Toolroom’s Community Manager Victoria Smith for this week's episode. Toolroom Records, a label by renowned DJ and producer Mark Knight, is helping to combat the gender imbalance in the music industry through a new platform dubbed #WeAreListening created by Victoria in 2018. Whether women are just starting to learn how to write music or already have managers, the platform is open to women at any level in the industry. Victoria’s role at Toolroom is so varied, every day is different and somehow she still manages to take time to create change within the industry.  You can find her on Instagram @victorianicole__ See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
