“I just became a coach and started following you. I went back to your very first podcast and started from #1 and so forth. I have to say something about #2. When you shared about your anxiety and how it was good related and getting sick in public etc etc my husband and I were driving down the road while listening and we both looked at each other and I filled up with tears. He said to me “see babe you’re not alone”. I have dealt with that exact form of anxiety (eating, getting sick, so don’t eat so ya don’t get sick kinda anxiety attacks and drive everywhere so you’re in some form of control in case ya do) I just turned 40 and honest to goodness when I would share this over the course of my life I could not fine even 1 that was like me in this and felt like I was the nut. Thank you, Melanie, for sharing this and being so transparent. Just listening to this brought a level of freedom to me and I’m so thankful 🙏🏼”
