Description
This week we are excited to welcome Sarah Biehl to the podcast. Just a few weeks ago, Sarah reset the course record at the 60th edition of the JFK 50 miler, running 6:05:42. The record was previously held by Ellie Greenwood. Sarah took just over 6 minutes off of Ellie's time.  We discuss her lifelong relationship with running, why she decided to start ultrarunning in 2020 and what she's excited to tackle in the sport. Sarah was a pleasure to talk to and we hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did. _____________________________________________ Women of Distance is a Chaski Media Production and brought to you by Chaski Endurance Collective, the world's leader in online coaching, community, and travel for endurance athletes.
