Itching that scratch.
I found this podcast through working with Alison. I enjoyhearing different female athlete’s stories. Highs and lows, success and failure, where is the sport going? They discuss it all. Running is a journey and there’s no one way to get there. If one thing is clear, it’s that we all share a love for pushing our bodies to accomplish something really hard, ever in pursuit of that endorphin high. And who doesn’t love snacks?!

I love this podcast! I especially enjoy hearing these women talk about over coming injury and mental blocks, makes them so relatable and reminds me that we are all just humans. I get so inspired listening to this podcast.
