Description
On Word for Word this week, Lisa Daniel has a conversation with Fiona Livingstone Clark. Ffyona hails from small town Scotland and made the move to Australia in her early twenties. As a youngster she aspired to be a dancer but those plans had to change after a couple of bad horse riding accidents.  Eventually Ffyona worked in the legal system as a barrister, and has expertise in death investigations, white collar crime, sex offences, child abuse allegations and complex offending involving youth offenders. Married to wife Justine, Ffyona takes great joy in being out at work, which is sometimes confronting for the crusty old white legal establishment. She also has ADHD diagnosed in adulthood and discusses how this fits in with her life. Word for Word is hosted by Lisa Daniel on JOY 94.9, and produced by Ellen Spalding and this podcast originally aired on February 19, 2022.
