Drawing inspiration from the ecological principles of St. Francis of Assisi, who epitomized evangelical poverty and care for all of God’s creation, Pope Francis builds upon his earlier work, Laudato Si’, urging us to take serious steps in our role as stewards of the Earth, our common home.
