Lance hit up the big city and reminisces on his trip.  Nothing is better than NYC at Christmas time.   Advice starts this week with a discussion about office staff gifts.  Lance has some old Tivo’s in his garage if you need something last minute.    Should we serve our patients snacks?  Is this an Audi service department???    Finally…the subject of regifting.  What about regifting a toothbrush?  Great idea!  Reduce, reuse, recycle!
