Unbelievably insensitive (zero stars)
As a long-time AA subscriber I have to say I was very, very disappointed in the way the story regarding the invasive searches at Doha Airport was handled. Language such as ‘eye-watering’ and ‘these things can happen’ is entirely inappropriate for a series of incidents which can only be described as physical assaults of the most serious nature which will undoubtedly be the cause of lifelong trauma for many of the women involved. Suggesting that by choosing Qatar as your carrier you are, in effect, travelling in a culture alien to your own where ‘these things can happen’ is not just absurd, it’s downright offensive. The idea that a female passenger boarding a Qatar flight is somehow naturally at greater risk is another example of the insensitive manner in which you dealt with this story. These women were simply trying to fly to chosen a destination and regardless of their choice of carrier they should at no time been in fear for their personal safety. There is no justification for the actions of the Qatari authorities. None. Do better.

This was great. Such a good idea for a new podcast. The Burt interview sounded like a bunch of fun. He certainly is an interesting guy with such an amazing career. Keep it up guys.

Your knowledge and understating of Australian commercial airline aviation is extremely disappointing. And in this COVID-nonsense time, your views are obviously biased towards the non-scientific basis views of the QLD, VIC, & WA “leaders”.
