The ESRI Paradox
The Environmental Systems Research Institute is the most interesting company you’ve never heard of - unknown only because the founder, Jack Dangermond, is focused on being “interested” (continuous learning) vs “interesting” (going public and driving fancy cars). It is so refreshing to hear from a leader who has followed his own North Star of executive subordination to foster a culture of service and excellence. This while simultaneously reinvesting heavily - 30% of revenues - in innovation and the employee base - 20% of profits. Jack lands firmly in the pantheon of self-effacing, Hall if Fame leaders like Chuck Feeney and Reed Hastings.

More reviews of World of DaaS
