Birkelund Distinguished Professor of European History at Brown University, and Dr. Alexandra Richie, Professor at Collegium Civitas.   This discussion goes into how the War ravaged the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. The latter then suffered Soviet occupation for the next 50 years.
