Needs more pizazz
im a big mark for the years 93-94 in wrestling ,so I was expecting big things from this podcast .i have to say I was a bit disappointed .the show isn't terrible ,but it would be a lot more entertaining if there was a bit more personality and comedy in the shows .its a bit too bland for me , things need to be spiced up a bit .they could include some sound bites from the shows they are reviewing like funny things a commentator or wrestler has said ,or even a promo that has stood out for them that month .things could be livened up by the inclusion of in - jokes and games .for example -other wrestling related podcasts and shows have things like " what bar is he ? " , " best mullet " and " hogans slogans " .after all it's wrestling ,it shouldn't be taken seriously especially in the cartoon era of the mid 90's .why don't you look back at some wrestling observer newsletters from the month featured in the show and see if any of meltzers ( sometimes unintentionally hilarious ) predictions from that month ever came to fruition .just include some little things like that to add some much needed pizazz to the shows

Excellent historical look at pro wrestling in the 90s with a unique blend of news reporting, humor, and serious discussion. Bob, Rory, and Erick are my favorites but all contributors are excellent.
