“I don't usually take the time to provide reviews. However, I listen to Read To Lead regularly and find myself looking forward to listening to the next cast. It's not that I necessarily plan to read all of the books reviewed or recommended by the guest, though I have purchased a couple as a result of listening. I really enjoy this cast because it covers useful books and material, has great insights and advice that I often find applicable to me, and I really like the end of cast key point summary. This cast will continue to be a central source for my learning. Oh yeah, I am 59 years old with over 30 years of success as a senior executive (Director to EVP) including building products, business units, leading companies ($15M to $70M rev) and turning around operations from 15 employees up to 5,000. I am a continual learner and Read To Lead has become an important source for my education and continued improvement. Thank you for the great work!”
