Self Doubt
Listen now
Description
In today's episode, I decided to talk about some of the self doubt I struggle with on a near constant basis. I talk a bit about Imposter Syndrome and how it relates to BPD, as well as many of my daily experiences when it comes to formulating my idea of 'self' and how I try to handle self doubt when it comes into my life. One suggestion I have for those of you who are struggling with self doubt is to take the time to really figure out who you are, not who you want to be, but what things make you YOU. I have a list of 1-4 statements/ideas which seem to be core to my sense of self that remind me of me when I start to feel myself losing touch with who I am. The last 5-10 mins of this episode is just me talking and forgetting I was recording so please just accept these honest, unedited stream of consciousness. This episode is weird 🖤 as always, reach out on Instagram @journey.bound if you want to talk or have an idea for an episode or whatever. Love you always 💗
