I recorded this last Thursday or Friday the day it was supposed to go up and instead I've been sitting on it, in hopes to edit some dead space out. S**t isn't happening so here it is. Also seems my listeners are drawn to negative titles. Ironic since it's supposed to be a positive, growth and life podcast.

I made the mistake of looking for a cheaper skin care alternative. Also last week I lost 2.5 lbs and today I woke up having put 2lbs of that back on after being sick.
