What solutions?
As a mother with a 5 year old with anxiety I have found nothing on here that reflects the title of this podcast. It is also biased to mostly talking about teenagers. I’ve listened to it a year and still give up 15 mins into each podcast, there is no real examples of children’s behaviour there is no advice. If you want to know the names of books clinical psychologists have written this is the podcast for you but I’m not bothering anymore.
