I really enjoyed listening to Abby and Jillian’s first two podcasts. They really encourage us to think differently about how we can nourish our bodies, like eating enough and not depriving our bodies of the nutrition we need to be our best healthy self. They share lots of information and tips to start our own personal journey to improve our gut and hormone health. I can’t wait to listen to the next episode!

First of all, I love this podcast title so much! What a guiding light and empowering message that my body is not working against me but for me. I love this duo and their complementing personalities, personal stories and experience that culminate this show. Definitely hitting my weekly playlist!
