With a more than twenty-year career in software, Itzhak started in the testing domain and today manages production. Why should employees upskill?  Employees need to think of their long-term goals for their careers. Where do they want to be in five years and how upskilling can help them reach that goal? Technology is always changing such as with the introduction of Generative AI, and everyone needs to constantly learn new tools to improve themselves and stay relevant. How can employees get upskilling?
