Trigger warnings needed
I listened to the part 1 of the Trauma and enneagram episode. When they started with enneagram 1’s response to trauma, they mentioned how the body is aroused with sexual assault. How the body’s response to anything sexual is arousal, which is not what I have experienced or what others I know have experienced. I took extreme offense to this, as no one I know was “aroused” by their sexual trauma. I immediately stopped listening because this made me so upset. I have no idea how this guest speaker made it onto the podcast, and have serious concerns about others listening to this and being triggered. Awful.

Beth is easy to listen to! The way she explains the enneagram types is so clear and easy to connect to and how to use this information to make practical changes.
