She asked for a theme on taking up space and everything that comes along with it.  Since this is one of my favorite topics and I just happened to write a book– Make Some Noise–  that contains a chapter with this topic, I thought I’d read a few excerpts from it, and riff on those niche topics.  First up, I get into what taking up space really looks like, and how it shows up in our lives.  Then is why we don’t take up space and what it’s costing us.
