Minisode 583: My daily journaling routine
Listen now
Description
With so much advice out there on journaling, and with so many options, I thought it might be helpful to talk about my daily journaling routine.  In this short episode, you’ll hear me riff on how I’ve been inconsistent with my own journaling practice, and how grace is the key to keep getting back into it when you need it.  My current journaling practice takes me less than 5 minutes a day (and tbh, I don’t do it every day), but based on my history, can certainly make a huge impact in both my personal and professional life.  Last, you’ll hear me make a special announcement 😉 Book recommendations: I love a good personal development book, and you do too, right? I’ve compiled a list of book recommendations, as mentioned in past episodes. Check out these amazing book recommendations here.
