Connecting personal growth with business growth and vice-versa
I just finished listening to episode 97: The Next Chapter Model of Change. I loved it. The host, the guest, the content. As someone who works with clients facing big changes in their financial situations following separation and divorce, this episode which featured a career coach and author really topped up my knowledge. High quality, practical advice. For example, the guest, Nancy Collamer, talks about her acronym, PASSION, which features in her book “Second Act Careers” as a way of discovering your direction and if you’re lucky, your purpose: P – ask yourself who are the people you enjoy working with or serving?; A - ask yourself what activities do you find interesting and fulfilling? SS - what do you do really, really well?; I – what are your interests? Then once you’ve answered all these questions you match them with Opportunity and Needs of the market-place. Can’t wait to listen to my next pick, episode 81: How to leave your comfort zone behind. Thx, Lz
