Description
Everyone knows, or has heard, how networking is the key to finding the job. (http://www.tompayne.com) If that is true, then why do people spend so little time networking and then hate doing it whenever they do? It is because networking events are an alien environment, filled with strangers who the jobseeker is convinced are not interested in them or their situation. We need to change this mindset by planning, rehearsing and getting to the point where we become fearless networkers. Fearless Networking (http://www.rightrackcoaching.com) is the name of a class taught by TM Napa at the Career Transitions Center of Chicago (http://www.ctcchicago.org). It is three weeks long and takes you through three stages. In this show TM will tell you how to go through these three stages that take her students from fearful networkers to fearless networkers.
