I’ve followed you for awhile (admittedly somewhat willy-nilly) but am so thrilled to be blessed with this podcast!
I am a 48 year old wife and mom to two young adult daughters who have flown the next. I work full time and don’t have an entrepreneurial bone in my body. I am creative but haven’t listened to or fed that part of me in a long time. I have dealt with and been healing from OCD/anxiety for years and have been on medication for about 10 years but I have come to realized this is necessary for me at this time in my life. Now that our nest is empty, and I’m going faithfully to a good therapist, I am focusing on me and my life - regeneration, healing, organizing and just getting myself in order.
I am so blessed by what you’ve shared so far and I’m actually going to tell my therapist about your awesome podcast. So excited!! I love your perspective on healing and finding what works for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
