Good info, inefficient use of time
There is good information to be gained in each episode. Guests are well-chosen and typically offer some tidbit of info that helps me coach my kids. But, as is often the case, coaches are not trained interviewers, and Jim could dramatically improve the show if he could take a few lessons in interviewing skills. The show could be done much more effectively by trimming the amount of time spent telling guest how great they are, and thanking sponsors. Jim, please, just say it once and then get to the meaty stuff. Still, I never miss a show.

Very helpful. Nice hearing from the P3 guys from Bud Dome. Very knowledgable. Jim does a nice job and you can tell he cares.

Great show. With great guests. My favorite episode was the Dad round table. I recommend that to be a monthly or quarterly show.
