Ruha is an Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering student at the University of Calgary, who is passionate about using her engineering to advance disadvantaged communities and populations. Having had experience in a variety of different leadership roles, today she’ll be deriving from her experience as the founder of 100 Megawatts (pronounced a hundred megawatts), a not-for-profit targeting impoverished youth, to discuss  the most important skill needed to achieve your goals. She’ll talk more on the history of 100 Megawatts and what it represents, where she got stuck in the process, and how she discovered the most important skill to achieve goals.
