Top 5 CliftonStrengths & The Enneagram
Listen now
Description
Although the Enneagram and CliftonStrengths (formerly known as "Strengths Finder") are entirely different systems, I thought it would be a fun thought experiment to pick the Top 5 CliftonStrengths for the general personality profile of each enneagram type. My rule was that I had to use every strength at least once, and no more than twice. This made it a bit more difficult, but I wanted to make sure that I could highlight the full pantheon of CliftonStrengths in this short video. Lastly, I am keenly aware of the vast diversity of Top 5 strengths that will come up for each enneagram type when it comes to the individual person taking the strengths assessment. For instance, I am a Type 1 Reformer, and I did not pick the 5 strengths that came up for me when I've taken the test several times in the past. Again, the goal was to describe the general outline of each enneagram personality type. Given each person's unique mixture of wings and instincts (and lack of self-awareness 😬), there's almost a limitless possibility of Top 5 Strengths for people of each enneagram type! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/youvegotatype/support
