“I have to side with John on the Americano problem. Chemically, concentration is measured as the amount of a substance per unit volume of whatever medium. If you want to increase the concentration, you can either increase the amount of substance or you can decrease the volume. Hence, if you have a fixed amount of tee/coffee but you reduce the amount of volume in which it is dissolved, then the concentration goes up. Same as with people in a room. If you have two people in a four square meter room, you have half a person per sqm. Put those two people in a two sqm room and you have one whole person per sqm. Sorry, Gideon! Love the podcast! Please make more!”
