Great Podcast: Great Variety of Information on Climate Issues
This is by far my favorite podcast. It covers important topics about environmental issues via scientific innovation, business, world economy, politics, and even arts. What I like about this podcast is that the depth of research done by the producers and the host before interviewing people and reporting people can be heard. They understand the topics and what is at stake for each topic. The variety of people that they interview ceases to impress me. What really puts this podcast at the top of my list is that it doesn’t tell me what I need to do to help the fight against climate change. I know what is need to do already, what I want to know is what governments, and the private sector are doing on their end, where it really matters, to reduce emissions and fight climate change. As a chemistry student, my favorite episodes are the ones that explore specific scientific developments and topics like the one about iron air batteries, the vertical farms, and the recent one with Martin Green on photovoltaics.

Their framework of “net zero” asks us to believe that we can “solve” climate change with a...Read full review »
