Great idea but some inaccuracies
Regarding the nappy episode, people need to understand the difference between biodegradable and compostable. Biodegradable means it will just break down into smaller pieces of plastic (no it’s not the same as throwing an apple out the window), compostable is what we must use if we are after an environmentally friendly option. I also need to call out Craig for saying our electricity is 60% coal, when many of us have the option of buying 100% renewable energy through the electricity provider (or maybe washing during the day with solar panels on many roofs). With the addition of using cloth nappies for subsequent children, there are many arguments this can be closer to “zero waste” than disposable.

More reviews of Zero Waste Baby with Veronica Milsom
Wish this had come out 2 years ago! Might have a 3rd just so I can have a zero waste baby. Have missed Ron, she should have more podcasts

Veronica is a great host, a good laugh, lots to learn and well produced.

Since I had my baby, I’ve felt a little pang of shame every time I empty the nappy bin or clean my toilet with a baby wipe. This is a brilliant premise for a podcast and Veronica is just the clever and witty person to deliver it.
