Tail now wagging the dog
Michael Cox is, imo, the most engaging tactics writer I’ve come across. The variety of subject matter covered and Michael’s insights made this a gem of a podcast to begin with. However, the statistics element that’s been bolted on has now gotten to be near all-consuming and the show has lost it’s way. Stats have an important place in the overall analysis of the game, but that place is as a supplemental support tool, something this podcast seems to have forgotten. Please, please separate these into two distinct pods before I give up and click Unsubscribe with a heavy heart! This arranged marriage between tactics and stats isn’t benefiting either party.
