Description
This episode is about "Instilling the love of reading in children."  This is an important topic of discussion, especially now that everything is going digital and we are seeing fewer and fewer youngsters reading books. It is well recognized that the book is one of the oldest forms of communication and knowledge transmission, and that it plays a significant role in education, the development of reading and writing abilities, and cultural enrichment. Our guest, "Dima Al-Alami," a mother with a Master's degree in Education, founder of @oh.the.books.that.youll.read, a partner in AlAlami book club, and co-author of two children's books, will tell us about her experience and challenges as a mother through teaching her son the love of reading, as well as her journey as an education expert.
