Varied audio quality
This podcast is not nearly as polished and professional as their Piketon Massacre podcast. Levels are all over the place—volume and quality of sound vary for virtually every speaker. Courtney has a pleasing voice, but she pops her p’s. This seems like a microphone issue, which is weird considering that this isn’t some randos recording in their mom’s basement. Jeff’s vocal fry is like…super annoying? When you take out the ads and the repetitive bits that every episode has, it’s probably only about 20-25 minutes of actual content. With the audio issues I have a hard time binging this pod and can really only get about three episodes in before I have to nope out, but it’s a decent filler pod for when I’m caught up on my favorites.

Very cluttered podcast. Too many speakers. So annoying.

This show reveals the early signs of abuse in relationships and provides caution and examines the victim mindset. So important when so many relationships are abusive and many turn deadly.
