“John, the Battle of Blair Mountain was gripping. I was astonished at how the state of West Virginia and the coal industry were allied against the mine workers. I am so heartened by the trials of the leaders of the miners union where most were set free. The updates to 2018 mean that the battle is not over between big $$$ and the average man. Great episode.
As for the Forgotten Heroes Part 1, I was thrilled y the stories especially about the sled dogs getting the serum across Alaska. I never heard of that event I am aware now that the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race celebrates that heroic run.
