“Over time, I've come to love this show. The chemistry between the guys is great and the loose discussion format, rather than making things rambling and sloppy, allows them to tailor the conversation to whatever they're talking about. The range of material under discussion works perfectly for me - they focus on current mainstream stuff but there's room for indie creators. The key thing about this show is that it's clear that these guys love comics. Their enthusiasm has cost me a fortune in Amazon orders and trips to my local comics store! At first I saw this as a stopgap between episodes of Around Comics; now it's probably my favourite, just edging out AC because it's a more reliable source of comment on this week's new comics.
