“A clear case of injustice, and a justice system seemingly unwilling to accept fault in stealing 20 years of a mans life. Not only that, but the victim’s family led to falsely believe their son’s killer was caught & serving time, is left retraumatized due to what appears to be shoddy investigation & incompetent defence lawyers. Their son’s real killer has not been punished, and you have to question whether after 20 years the real killer will ever face justice. I hope Richard receives appropriate compensation, and he & his family can move forward with their lives.”
