Brilliant story - the most impressive feat ever achieved by humanity?
I might still have become an engineer if Apollo hadn’t happened, but I very much doubt I’d have spent 18 years working in satellite communications without it. Watching a man walk on the moon when I was just 5 years old, plus all the associated science programs on TV had a profound influence on my life and career. Apollo 13 remains my favourite film to this day. If this first episode is anything to go by this series will be absolutely first rate. It feels meticulously researched and is delivered by someone with a clear passion for the subject. The insights into how the mission was motivated, conceived, planned and ultimately successfully delivered with quotations from, and interviews with, those directly involved are utterly fascinating.

This podcast is extraordinary, the quality of the research, the way the story is told, and the music ... every aspect is so well done! Thank you. Looking forward to listening to every episode.
