“The whole concept of keto is new to me. After my mother was diagnosed with health problems I decided to be proactive to avoid the same fate... diabetes, high ldl, fatty liver, high blood pressure, weight gain, just to name a few. I found 2dudes from looking up "fasting". Man was this podcast eye opening! I consider myself very knowledgeable about health and nutrition but the science that Carl and Richard back up their episodes with is incredible. I have listened to all the episodes multiple times, they answer listener questions, share recipes, interview experts (that have real science) and talk about other keto resources like books and movies. I can't say enough good things. Oh and I lost 6 lbs in my first week eating keto. I'm also sleeping much better and have a steady energized feeling all day. No more starving and no more sugar highs and lows. Just an aside, It's so liberating to eat butter, cheese and bacon guilt free for the first time in my life. NIIIICCCEEE!”Read full review »
