“Meditation got me out of a terrible rut suffering with PTSD. My daughter advised mindfulness which one year later took me to Insight Timer and Michelle. I committed to a daily practice and 20/20 meditation for peace was my first course. A life changer. Followed by every other possible meditation by Michelle. I am a total meditation junky. I have no idea how I would of survived without it. Not only that though, Michelle’s meditations encouraged creativity back into my life. I have achieved more than I would have ever expected as a result. I have learned so much and accepted and learned from my ordeal. One important thing I have learned is forgiveness, but more importantly I have found some joy again and love in a new way. And back with creativity which is what I’m about. I am eternally grateful.
