“I absolutely love this podcast. I will admit that this is usually not the "style" of podcast I listen to - I'm more of your standard radio reporting gal. Upon listening to 36 questions, however, I think I might have to reevaluate my taste because I was completely engrossed in this story. The sound design is amazing - I felt like I was in the room with the two characters. So much so that my coworker came into my office and scared me - I was so immersed in the story that I felt transported and forgot I was at work. So, if you hate your job this is the podcast for you!
In all seriousness, this is an extremely enjoyable listen. The two leads are great together. Their chemistry as a couple is wonderful and you really feel like a fly on the wall listening to their conversations. The mystery element of the podcast is intriguing without feeling cheesy or overdone.
You might be thinking to yourself - musical podcast? Stop what you're thinking right now! Everything you think is wrong. Unless you think it's great, then you are right! The songs really flow well with the story, again they don't feel cheesy or out of place. They just add another element to the relationship that I think gets deeper than dialogue could alone.
I was legitimately sad when the first episode ended. It was such a beautiful break from reality and I can't wait to see how the story unfolds! I highly recommend giving 36 questions a shot. Your ears and heart will be happy.”Read full review »
