“I never paid attention to football until I wound up in Atlanta for college during the Falcons 2016 run. My roommate was a HUGE football fan and had the TV buzzing every Sunday night. When Jimmy G joined the 49ers at the end of the next season I hopped on the 49ers Bandwagon, though having grown up right next to Santa Clara, it made complete sense for me. The game that changed everything was the overtime upset of the Seahawks in 2018 - I NEEDED someone to follow along with to celebrate the victories, knocking rivals out of the playoffs, and the talent that I knew we had. Found the 49ers Rush Podcast at just the perfect time - watching every episode religiously through the 9ers Super Bowl run. I've learned SOOOO much in the past year and have gained a much larger appreciation for the game. John knows what he's talking about.
