excellent for nerdy ley people too!
I’ve never had any formal education about the Constitution past 10th grade civics class, but as an autistic person with a special interest in SCOTUS (particularly cases involving civil rights), I really enjoy this podcast. Despite my lack of education, I still find the podcast really accessible and valuable. And thanks to the pace of the show and the hosts’ personalities/comedy, the show easily keeps my attention despite my ADHD, haha. Lastly, I appreciate that the podcast made an effort to be trans-inclusive in the abortion episodes.

Listened to the first episode, there’s a lot of laughing and it’s generally hilarious. What I am like low-key concerned about is the bias that they exude, but it’s kinda funny how totally done with politics they are.

Unemployed lawyers who got D in Con Law bloviating about things they can barely pronounce. My one episode was a waste of time.
