Stumbling from stone to stone, you step onto a solid rock in mid stream
The first Podcast I ever listened to was Jason's "Action Man Lacture", delievered from his hospital bed whilst seriously ill. Here is a guy who has been around a bit. His life experiences appear somewhat extreme! In addition to serving in the forces for example, he has at other times found himself running through crowds in a train station of a foreign country to track down a very upset stranger in order to simply pass the wisdom of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo in the knowledge it would help! He comes over as a remarkably gentle, level headed, and patient man who seems to see the world through the eyes of what I believe to be a silently growing minority. Compelling, enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate stuff to warm the cockles of the most jaded hearts! So, for anyone who finds themselves stumbling over the river of life from unsteady stone to unsteady stone just heading in a haphazard way to the other side, The Buddhist Podcast represents a solid rock you can stop on - and in doing so, spend time to actually look around at the shore you have come from - perhaps to gain an understanding of the passing currents (or life states) that threaten constantly to sweep you away - and so to assess a safer, more fulfilling route to the other side... Grandios and pretentious (unlike this review) The Buddhist Podcast is not! Keep it up Jason & Karen...Read full review »

Jason and Karen do a great job of telling their views and experiences with Nichiren Buddhism. Though I don't belong to the SGI or any other religious organization, I find that they have a very personal and heart-felt approach. Keep up the good work!Read full review »
