“I binge listened to this podcast last year and will relisten to a few because 1. You forget, 2. You always learn something new you missed the first time and 3. It keeps you in the right mindset.
I always wondered why I either never had the “willpower” to diet and exercise or why I never lost any weight in the rare occasion I could diet and workout hard. It was so frustrating that at one point, I just accepted that that’s how I was and just gave in to all my cravings. Then I found Tallene and Sirak! I could relate to everything and I was so blown away with how their method worked. I’m definitely still a work in progress, but having them by my side has helped me be ok with slipping up and finding my own groove. Thank you so much!!!!”
