A Rich History with Many Hidden Treasures
I do look forward to new episodes, after I gorged on the previously uploaded archive. I was born in the middle of the rock era and have an innate fondness for this music. Still, Andrew has painted a fuller picture than I have ever possessed before about the origins of this powerful musical and cultural phenomenon. Addressing subjects on which I have done my own research and reading, Andrew’s reports deliver valuable new details and context. And I have fallen in love with some of the featured and background songs and artists that I had never discovered before. What a joy! Thank you, Andrew, for your hard work and dedication to this project.

I stumbled on this podcast randomly and I’m completely hooked. I’m fascinated by music and music history and this podcast stretches that itch, as well as giving me new discoveries to find out more about. Can’t wait to listen into the 60s and 70s eras.
