Fantastic
As a scholar of decorative arts, this is exactly the kind of object history I love to hear. Neil MacGregor hits all the right notes, from his object choices to his tone of voice. If you're looking for a dry history, look elsewhere. Personally, I like the length. They're quick but pretty comprehensive, which is nice especially considering that there will eventually be 100. I dearly hope they release this on CD after the series completes.Read full review »

This podcast is fantastic, and I would give it one more star if you could please include photos of the objects. Thank you!

The range and scope of the objects that are being selected is broad but well-picked. This fact adds much to the podcast's credibility.Read full review »
