Encouraging
There's just something very enjoyable about listening to a podcast that's not overly produced and full of glitz. He is a self educated man who is sharing his experience and hopes to help his listeners get on track, keep on track, or stay on track. I have listen to other podcasts that were highly produced and I felt as though they were mostly full of self praise or praise of the guest speaker and rarely got to the root of the subject matter and when they did it took a half hour into the podcast to get there. With this podcast I feel that he has a somewhat structured outline and he follows it admirably. I turn into this podcast when I'm feeling like I need a peptalk if you will, or a podcast that will just talk about fitness and health without a lot of advertising and scripted work. I feel that Ian is speaking from the heart and it is genuine. I myself am not on a keto type diet but I have seen it be very successful with family members. I am more of a clean eater with the elimination of grains, with that being said I feel as though anybody seeking in mind for health and fitness no matter what their "diet" is this can benefit from listening to Ian's advice and encouragement. Job well done!

It's all low carb high fat. I don't agree with low carb but that's a personal preference

I wanted to listen to the podcast on intermittent fasting but I got annoyed with the repetitive talking. Tighten it up a little get to the point.
